Give These Exercises For Erectile Dysfunction A Try!

There are exercises for Erectile Dysfunction. That may sound funny to you, but they have been proven to work. So, let’s strengthen our sex muscle.

Some of these can be performed with or without your partner. Everyday do at least one of the following exercises.

1. Warm Up

Before intercourse, stimulate yourself. Non genital stimulation really helps with ED. What is non genital stimulation?  It’s sexual excitement without involving your genitals. 

How do you practice this? There are a few erogenous zones on our body. Some even have connected pathways to our genitals. Our nipples are in this category. Stimulating the nipples can lead to sexual excitement. The nape of the neck as well as our fingers and mouth are all apart of non genital stimulation.

2. Bath Exercise

Draw a bath. Yes, it’s OK for men to take baths! Make sure your bathwater is warm. You may practice this exercise with or without your partner.

  • Masturbate, but don’t finish yourself
  • When you are fully erect firmly hold your testicles
  • Simultaneously squeeze and pull on your testicles
  • Repeat as many times as you can. Make sure to bring your excitement back to a 1 or 2 before you start again.

Handling your testicles  stimulates hormone secretion which helps with erection.

3. Chair Exercise

Out of the bath, sit on the end of a chair. Your testicles should hang freely in front of the chair.

  • Rub your hands together to create warmth
  • Cup your scrotum with one hand while you simultaneously rub your lower abdomen.
  • Back and for 100X
  • Change hands and repeat

This exercise stimulates hormone production!

Old Fashioned Exercises For Erectile Dysfunction

I can’t emphasize enough how physical activity helps in the bedroom. An increase in blood flow is the goal when dealing with erectile dysfunction and exercise can help with that. Another side effect of exercise is weight lose. Losing 10% of your body weight can increase blood flow to your penis area. Pick something and stick with it. Walk your dog, run for 20 minutes, lift weights, and do this continuously for 6 months. After 6 months, you will be able to tell a difference. Get moving!

Coincidence? I don’t think so.

Another experiment took women in the 40’s that were having a hard time attracting a date. They were convinced to wear pheromones every day for a period of time to see if their dating life would turn around.

What happened? They all attracted men.

So even though there is a lack of scientific proof that pheromones work. It can be seen that it most definitely helps when attracting the opposite sex.
